Gratitude for our loved ones who helped make this happen!

Friday night dinner generously hosted by Flores Family (an extension of Charlotte's family, Marina is a second mom!) Catered by Vicky Diaz, (Marina's Aunt) with her company, Tacos Popoca
Saturday night dinner generously hosted by Sue Shor and Mary Herzog and Kirk Andrews and catered by Little Fish. Matt's friend from college Anna started Little Fish with her partner Niki, and they are now a Michelin Guide restaurant! We are so grateful to have loved ones involved in each of the wedding meals!
Wedding cake by the amazing Claire Clapp Adams, curator of maximalism and whimsy! Claire also did all the graphic design for the invites, seating chart, and table numbers in collaboration with Juna's art!!
Bar menu managed completely by Vico Beckley, curator of practicality and hobbyist somelier flair!
However, the pop-up bourbon installation was generously masterminded by brother Adam Shor!
Sunday Brunch hosted by Mary and Kirk and several family friends at Charlotte's childhood home. All the cakes and all 540 sticky buns were lovingly made by Vicki Gentile. Catering by Cheli Hernandez and her family and crew, who were our main event coordinators for the entire weekend.
Fabulous Talent Show Coordinators Isabel and Rachel, who are seasoned professionals, have such grace organizational skill, and talent themselves.
Kiara, Ashley, and Marina thrifted all of the plates used for the main reception dinner over months like the genius angels they are!!
Thank you to Kristin Fusano, who plotted with Mary tirelessly to curate a beautiful garden and then lead all the florals for the wedding, including hand-making all the cones for the church pews. "Team Fleur" also included Lulu, Juna, Lisa Jammal, and Kirk, who drove to get all the flowers from the LA flower market AND then did all manner of labor to arrange them properly.
Ring pillow lovingly made by hand by Uncle Jeff, Matt's Uncle and Sue's brother.
Save the date graphic design made by Sally Carmichael, Matt's long-time, genius creative buddy from SF. She collaborated with Juna's art and made the save the dates happen!
Chuggy Buggy contributed by McIntosh Family and decorated by Grace and Rose <3
Matt's bestie Connor and his wife Ryanne for running last-minute errands and providing us with so many helpful wedding items as they just tied the knot as well!!
All coffee for late night party and early morning brunch brought in from San Francisco by Matt's former roommate Kate to be up to the Matt Shor coffee standards.
Shout out Thor, Adan, and Connor for helping with all the filming!
Huge thank you to our neighbors, Kirsten and John, Jeff and Todd, Jane, Alexa, and Cameron for hosting wedding guests, and sharing their supplies and kitchen for baking (thank you J+T!).
To Rosie and Mia for being the best babysitters ever!!
Sally, Richie, and Steve for the last-minute lighting set up!
Thank you to everyone who contributed seeds for the party favors--Emily's from our Granny Annie's garden, Connor's mom, and Juna, as well as all the help we got from our garden plot neighbors in the Elizabeth St. Community Garden. May they all thrive in your gardens or neighborhoods, or passed along to others!
Maid of Honor Lulu Scherman, coordinating party favors and decor, and general wedding help along with so many other beloved friends! (Shout out team Seeds and team Fleur again!).
All wedding art (yes the website art, and save the date, and the Invites!) by Juna Keehn, another of Charlotte's best friends and her favorite artist in the world who also did so much general wedding help, vision, and coordination (Shout out team Seeds and team Fleur again!).
Officiants Jim and Naomi xoxoxo!!! They spent hours with us scheming a ceremony that felt like us, we could not be more grateful for their time and skill.
We couldn't have done it without NCC being so flexible and generous with their time and space and referrals to Cheli! We are especially grateful to Joyce as the main point of contact for the church. We commend their mission to make their space more accessible and broadly used by the community, particularly in the goal of providing more affordable housing.
Thank you Cheli Hernandez for all of your time and energy coordinating and being the liaison between us and NCC.
To  Tim, Elliott, Adam, Sue, Kirk, Mary, Connor, and Lulu for the best wedding speeches of all time <3.
So, so many of you have helped out and will help out in many ways before and after this list is published.  Thank you for checking in on us, feeding us, and keeping us company in person or on the phone. This list is by no means exhaustive. You know who you are, and I hope you know how grateful we are for you and how much we LOVE you!
Thank you ALL OF YOU for being part of our lives. We love you SO much!!!
The biggest thanks goes out to our parents. There aren't enough words for their generosity in supporting us to curate a celebration and ritual that includes so much of our community. Beyond the wedding, thank you for getting us to this point in our lives. Thank you for raising us to be the people we are; we could not be luckier. Here's to Frank. We wish he could be here physically, and know he's here with us spiritually.
